Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we use a third-party fulfillment centre to produce our orders so our products can be shipped out to most countries. We currently only have Canada set as a shipping location, but if you are hoping to purchase internationally, please reach out to us via our contact page here.

Why are some items listed as Pick Up Only?

These are items that we have currently in stock at the theatre that were originally purchased so we could test the quality of the products that we are selling. There is a limited selection of these available and will not be replenished once they sell out.
Any pick up only products must be purchased separately from any other items as they are fulfilled differently. Any purchase attempted with a pick-up only item and another shipped item will not go through. 
  

Are there any additional fees I should know about?

All our products are subject to additional duty and import fees upon delivery as regulated by the Government of Canada. These are not including in the shipping costs.

Why do you use a third-party Print on Demand fulfillment model?

Using a print on demand service is far more environmentally friendly than traditional print material systems. Instead of printing 5,000 pieces to lower your per-piece cost, then discarding 2,000 because you really only needed 3,000, you can print just the amount you will actually need, per order. Studies show that some 20 percent of print materials are thrown away because they became obsolete before they could be used. If you print a piece only when you need it, you aren’t storing any physical copies. So there’s nothing to become obsolete – and less waste to send to a landfill.
  

When will I receive my order? 

Orders will be processed within 48 hours of the sale. Shipping varies by product, but generally takes 14 days. 
 

Where can I get tickets to your shows?

This website is only for merchandise sales. You can purchase tickets and season subscriptions on our main site: vertigotheatre.com
